OT for children & Adolescents

Progressive Care Australia’s Occupational therapists work with infants, children and adolescents of all ages to tackle matters affecting their participation in daily life, particularly in the self-care, health and leisure aspects. They will liaise with you to carry out realistic measures that suit your child and family. We will also work with other stakeholders including childcare facilities schools, teachers, staff and other associated health professionals to ensure that strategies and interventions can be implemented not only at home, but in the classroom and anywhere else where your child spends his / her time.

Progressive Care Australia OT’s can work with children who have a range of diagnoses, such as:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Down Syndrome
  • Dyslexia
  • Intellectual disabilities

Progressive Care Australia’s paediatric speech and language pathologist work with infants, and adolescents of all ages to tackle communication and/or chewing, drinking and swallowing difficulties.
